Weird Music is a multimedia project that serves as an open and honest discussion about artistic motivation and the experience of creating art. Over the course of 14 years, I've collected interviews, written and edited music, and made videos that have become this project. I've also written several articles during its progression in Talking Writing magazine with excerpts from the project.

As a final product, I plan to make a complete multimedia video of the piece, as well as a longer written edit that includes my own thoughts on the subjects explored here.

For artists reading, listening to, and watching this project, I hope that this will serve as a resonant expression of the issues surrounding your own relationship with creative intent and motivation. For non-artists, I hope it gives a more realistic view of how artists feel and think about their work.
